TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LIQUOR FOR LESS

1. Introduction Welcome to the "Liquor for Less" website, powered by Clover (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products from Liquor for Less ("we," "us," or "our"), located in San Pablo, California.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Site.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT – 21+ ONLY This Site is intended intended solely for users who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

By accessing this Site and/or placing an order, you hereby represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years old.

The recipient of any order placed by you is at least 21 years old.

We take this very seriously. Valid, government-issued photo identification proving the holder is 21 years of age or older will be required strictly upon delivery or in-store pickup. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a customer is under the legal drinking age.

3. Account Registration To make purchases on the Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occur.

Pricing: Prices on the Site may differ from in-store prices. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales taxes and CRV (California Redemption Value).

Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Availability: All items are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

5. Orders and Payment Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We accept the payment methods indicated on our Clover checkout page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

6. Pickup and Delivery Policy

In-Store Pickup: Orders may be placed online for pickup at our San Pablo location. You must present a valid ID consistent with the order details upon arrival.

Local Delivery (If Applicable): If we offer local delivery, it is restricted to specific local zip codes.

ID Verification Upon Receipt: Whether picking up in-store or receiving a delivery, a person 21 years or older must be present to sign for the order and present valid photo identification. If the recipient cannot provide valid ID, or appears intoxicated, the order will be denied and returned to the store. You may be charged a restocking or delivery attempt fee.

7. Returns and Refunds Due to California legal regulations regarding alcohol sales, returns are generally not accepted.

Defective Products: If you believe a product you purchased is spoiled, "corked," or otherwise defective, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of purchase. Returns of this nature are subject to manager discretion and verification.

Non-Alcohol Items: Unopened non-alcohol items (such as snacks or mixers) may be returned within [e.g., 7 days] with a valid receipt.

8. Intellectual Property All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Liquor for Less or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liquor for Less shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
